Windows don’t only open our abodes to light and views but also act as decorations. They serve as focal points in the room and allow us to express our style through window treatments. Unfortunately, some rooms simply have no windows. Located in the depth of a house they might be quiet and peacefull, which is perfect for sleeping but having no natural light or views of the outdoors can make them quite dull. Still there are ways of making such bedrooms both beautiful and comfortable.
As for the colors, pink is most common for boudoirs but you can use any other. Jewel tones will make the room look extra dramatic while powdery and natural colors will tone down the opulence. Boudoir rooms often have ornate moldings on the walls but you can achieve a great look with ornate wallpaper instead.
You can add a few highlights: for example, a hookah, a floor vase, a silver or a copper tray for tea, coffee and fruit. And of course, the Indian interior is not finished without light fixtures. It is better to use a sconce or a lamp on the bedside table in the bedroom. Ceiling chandelier is alien here.
We certainly love the dramatic spacious bedrooms with just the bed in the middle of the room but even if you lack space you can use this layout to save space as mentioned above.
Arab style is distinguished by lighter shades in interior decoration: white, ivory, sand, rarer brighter colors dull yellow, pink, green, orange. All sorts of niches are the indispensable attributes of wall decor in an oriental interior. They are placed on different levels and have a variety of functions. They are used for placing vases, table lamps, decorative details, outerwear. If you want to create such a niche in the bedroom, use drywall.
